| Acceptance
of these terms and conditions you understand and agree
to the following:
* Croatia-Accommodations, from now
CO, is not a turst agency which rents out accomodations
in the name or profit of other persons;
* CO in an on-line catalogue of accomodations/services
on the Adriatic coast, Croatia;
* advertised information on CO will NOT be abused,
given to third persons, but rather used only for the
intent and purpose of advertising accomodations/services
on CO;
* the owner(s) of the accomodations/services, as such,
is in posession of all needed documents for their
accomodations/services;
* the landlords/owners take full reposnsiblity of
all text and pictures whic are advertised and shown
on CO;
* accpet the forwarding of pictures and text for your
accomodations/services so they can and will be updated
as needed;
* administrator of CO makes the needed changes or
deleting of such in it becomes necessary;
* inforkmation advertised on CO becomes the property
of CO for the period the yearly fee is payed. The
administrator of CO is not reposnsible for any loss
due to any automated or the showing of any early posted
data;
* neæu koristiti ovu uslugu za kršenje autorskih prava
zaštitnog znaka, reklamiranje drugih vrsta usluga
kCO ni odašiljati skrivene i kodirane poruke;
* the owner of CO is not responsible for any lost
data, nor the loss due to loss of data on CO for any
reasons;
* the owner of CO does not hold any responsiblity
not is he responsible for any arrangement made between
the landowners and third parties;
* the owner of CO holds the right to change the terms
and conditions, as well as the prices at any time
he sees fit or it becomes necessary.
